It’s a Black Arts Toneworks Sarcophagus, a dual fuzz pedal. The left side is a Pharaoh and the right side is a LSTR. Both are based on a Ram’s Head Big Muff * with some mids brought back in the tone stage. The Pharaoh includes a Hi/Lo gain switch, a three-way clipping diode switch (Germanium, no diodes, and Silicon), and a high knob to bring back treble frequencies when turning the tone knob down.
